1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for most products within 30 days from the date of purchase. In order to qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn & Unused: The watch must be in new, unused condition, with no signs of wear or damage.
  • Original Packaging: The watch must be returned with its original packaging, including any accessories, tags, and documentation that came with it.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required to process the return.

2. How to Return Your Watch

Returning a watch is simple. Follow these easy steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at admin@hidomi.xyz to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Instructions: We will send you detailed instructions on how to return the product, along with a return shipping label if applicable.
  3. Ship the Watch Back: Pack the watch securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided by our support team.

Note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order.

3. Refunds & Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. The original payment method will be credited within 7–10 business days after the return is approved.

  • Refunds: Full refunds will be issued for eligible returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Watches that have been worn or used.
  • Watches that show signs of damage, alteration, or tampering.
  • Custom or personalized items.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective watch, please notify us immediately at admin@hidomi.xyz. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and arrange for a replacement or full refund.

6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange your watch for a different model or style, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

7. International Returns

For customers outside the United States, please contact us before initiating a return. International returns are subject to additional shipping fees, and customs duties may apply.
